If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are in an unopened state
- The Goods are undamaged with all the labels and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Once your return request has been processed you will receive the shipping detail to where the Goods will have to be sent.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may review the terms below for returns and refunds.

• The product must be undamaged, with all labels intact
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products not in original condition or packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
