Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
renée vidaal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We reserve the right to select the Courier Partner at our discretion based on operational requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details, where available.
Tracking information is provided by third-party courier partners and is subject to their systems and processes. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of tracking updates.
7. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery. This includes delivery accepted by any person at the specified address, such as family members, security personnel, or reception staff.
8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
• Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delays arising from incorrect information provided by you
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to you (including unavailability at the address or incorrect address details), the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
If the order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts:
• Re-shipping will be subject to additional shipping charges
